Like many elements of hemp growing, understanding and trusting your test results is both confusing, and fluid, as this industry matures.

What is tested for and how the lab conducts its tests can make a significant difference in your test results.

In addition, while state regulatory hemp rules are still in the creation process and the USDA is continuing to define the federal regulatory rules on hemp (expected to be published this November), many states have not yet finalized their rules, nor do they currently have rules mandating CBD testing nor have they set up guidelines for monitoring the labs that DO the testing.
